Woodmont Park Apartments 5465 North Morgan Street, Alexandria, VA 22312

"I lived this apartment for five years because I didn't had any other option to leave that place.It is a terrible place to live. Management in that apartment are worst. They don't treat tenant with any respect. The whole management are very rude, specially the manager "kim". She is worst one. She is very disrespectful and aggressive. Her behaviour gave felling that she treat all tenant as slave and criminal. Also there is not enough parking that apartment . If you come back from work late night or any reason come home late you are in trouble, you not going to find any parking spot. Then either you have to go park your car on the street mile/half mile away around the neighbour which not safe late night in the dark or seating in your car overnight. I saw so many people seating overnight in their car waiting if someone leave than they can capture that parking spot specially women was in most trouble. Renting that place means making life hell. Also it was an under affordable housing. But they for water to charge too much which makes Your apartment not an affordable house?! R"

"Management is very negligent and very careless. Stephanie did not provide move-in instructions nor did she provide contact information for the utility services we needed prior to move-in. As a result, we came to the office on the scheduled move-in day, and they did not let us move in without contacting the utility services (they did not provide us contact information prior to move-in date). We tried to contact utilities but the websites were down and call center was closed. We told them we already have a U-Haul waiting outside, and it was their responsibility to provide the contact information for the utilities prior to move-in. The desk people tried to talk to upper management, but they had zero empathy for our situation and refused to take accountability for their negligence (I also doubt Stephanie will be reprimanded). We decided to ask them to push our move-in date. Management said okay, and the next day we called to make sure our move-in date to pushed, and they said we never asked to push our move-in date(they were gaslighting us). I know management will write a response to my review apologizing for our situation, but I know you are the same people who denied accountability and showed no empathy for our situation."

"My one year at Woodmont Park was an experiencei enjoyed the quiet environment, there beautiful grounds with lot of trees, I could hear the birds sound,,I mostly liked my balcony and it view."

"I stopped at Woodmont Park about a week ago and have enjoyed my time with their office stuff! Management is fairly quick to respond to any questions and someone is usually available at the front desk with a good attitude. I spoke with Esthefani and she was very professional and explained every detail and answered all my questions, hopefully I get my apartment soon."

"My husband used to live hear in 2018. He still now regrets for the additional 1400 dollar they charged him let alone returning the deposit when they moved out. The manager (her name was Jose or something he can’t remember exactly) was extremely rude that time. My husband complained to the HR department but they didn’t take any action. He keeps telling me it was his hardest experience in 22 years of USA life. He never wrote any review but I told why not you help others by letting them know about your experience. So he told me to write on his behalf. Please be careful when you move in to this apartment. Please not I never lived here, I am writing on behalf my husband."
