"If I could give them 0 starts I would. Had me get a money order and several weeks Later get the “ your overqualified” and now I’m stuck with a money order that will take 30 days to get a refund. On top of that Leasing lady Jocelyn has the worst attitude pretty rude and whenever my wife spoke to her in Spanish (which she clearly speaks) she would ignore and reply back to me in English with a disrespectful attitude. For weeks they told me my wife and I overqualified but to still bring paperwork until today I decided to just get my money order back. Worst experience ever. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."

"The rent is so great better than what’s around and everything is included like let’s be fr beggars cannot be choosers! You get what you pay for the reviews are kinda scary but like try it out for yourself because I would 100% recommend this place to anyone also great staff I had absolutely no problem at all My family loves and we plan on staying here for a long time!"

""Disappointing Service, Unfulfilled Promises Living at Wedgewood Apartments for the past three years has been a mixed bag, but this year's service has been abysmal, to say the least. Despite numerous calls to fix the bathroom door, which has been an ongoing issue for six months, there has been no resolution. The supervisor's visit only led to empty promises, with no follow-up or action taken. Furthermore, while they were busy fixing other residents' front yards, our requests to address ours fell on deaf ears. The supervisor assured us of a resolution, but nothing changed, leaving us feeling neglected and overlooked. The pest problem, particularly the rampant presence of roaches, has been raised multiple times without any meaningful intervention. It's disheartening that despite highlighting such issues, the management hasn't taken proactive steps to address them. Adding insult to injury, package theft remains a rampant issue, making us question the overall security measures in place. The lack of concern for residents' safety and the repeated disregard for service requests has made this year's living experience incredibly frustrating. In summary, the service at Wedgewood Apartments this year has been nothing short of disappointing and downright rude. Residents deserve better, especially considering the length of time we've called this place home.""

"It’s been a nightmare living here. From the start I was having issues in my townhouse. It takes weeks for maintenance to do anything . The office people are horrible ! I tried to give them a chance but now I feel like I have to get my housing worker involved. My toilet is messed up and no one was able to fix it . My screen door is off is my patio. I have to literally call everyday for something to get fixed. My bedroom closet door took 6 months to fix after numerous complaints. Fairfax county housing authority please do better at finding better management companies !!! I’m a single mother of 2 trying to make a way and it’s not fair that I have to go through this all the time when I have an issue. Slum lords at it finest ."

"Bathroom ceiling constantly leaking water… it’s a flood in there. They give temporary fixes that don’t last long before it happens again. AC Heater always under maintenance. Oh, and noisy neighbors with unruly kids who throw trash on patio/lawn. The people above me run a daycare (kids jumping and screaming all day), that’s what maintenance told me when they went to check if the source of the leak is coming from up there. One more thing, roaches."
