Any time I come in there, I always get the help I need or whatever I need fixed or explained in the most professional and efficient manner possible. I would suggest anyone to go to her if they can."

"Only thing good about this apartments is the space . had my 9 years old son living in there with his mom and many times found my son bored by bedbugs also too many misses and big rats also the water and sewer pipes braking off continuously on top of that this apartment are not safe because windows on lower levels are easy to be open from outside making it easier for drug addicts that in fact consume drugs on the hallways and drunk and homeless people trying to force doors and windows to brake in overall this is a horrible place to live. one time I trapped about 9 bedbugs and brought them in to their office to show them and she the lady on front desk didn’t even bother to look or offer a solution."

"Truly unacceptable place to live at poor management and maintenance team, and overall condition of the apartment complex, I’ve had many problems quickly appear near the start of my living here and now it’s unbearable and quite disgusting with the rat problem I have a newborn child and have had to temporarily move out just so I can keep my family safe and healthy and the management does not care at all. Neither does the maintenance team and I quote a maintenance team. Member told me “oh the rat problem is fine there always be rats”. And the maintenance worker just made it seem like it was my personal problem. And that it must’ve been my fault that I wasn’t keeping up with the cleanliness. But I don’t go more than two days, without mopping the whole entire floors and they’re just continues to be evidence of active rats"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not live here under any circumstance. This place is covered in garbage. Mice are everywhere, the community is utterly horrible, crime is rampant, and management might as well not exist. There are literally two dead mice on glue traps adhered to the front door of my building. I cannot get out of this place fast enough."
