"We purchased our tickets online for the game on 1/27/24 and drove 2 hours to see it. Arrived to no parking. We hiked a mile or better with our small child to the entrance in the pouring rain only to be turned away because my purse was too large by less than an inch. We were already late for the game because they weren’t allowing people without parking passes into the parking lot, so we left. What a disappointment…"
"We did a VIP backstage tour of the Nutcracker. It was awesome and worth it for the memories. We then watched the 2 pm performance of The Nutcracker. Great family outing and I would highly recommend attending either the Nutcracker or another performance."
"We arrived at the Berglund center to see Josh Gates, I was really impressed with the courteous staff, adequate restrooms and great seating. The seating is set up so the viewing and sound accommodate most seats in the arena. I was also very pleased with the numerous staff and security personnel monitoring the show."
"Attended Josh Gates, paid extra to be VIP and to meet and greet. Meet and greet was supposed to start at 5. Received an email ONE day before that I needed to be in line by 4:15. Attended the meet and greet but was then told BY STAFF that I could not exit and re-enter. So it was 530 and the show started at 8 but I couldn't leave....which meant over priced popcorn and soda for dinner. A forced sale since, again, I could not leave. Suffered through without my medication and had a horrible time. I will NEVER attend another even here again. I'll drive to Charlotte first."
