"I'm a new patient and I had to wait over a month to be seen (which I can understand, if you're booked, you're booked...) my visit there was amazing, in person, the were quick and efficient without sacrificing actually LISTENING to me and being thorough. My doctor, ultrasound tech, the front desk lady, and the check out desk lady.... all GREAT! However, after being told I have a UTI in office (I'm 12 weeks pregnant) and confirming at checkout that any prescriptions I need would be sent to my pharmacy, I hadn't heard anything 2 days later and called the office to check on if they had sent a prescription out yet as well as request a different pharmacy. I have been on hold now for an hour and 15 minutes... by now the office, itself, has closed while I've been on hold so I'm left wondering if they have seriously left the office with a pregnant patient sitting in the que with a medical need..... if so... absolutely unacceptable. I could understand if 15 or so minutes before closing, you stop accepting calls. People gotta get home to their family's... but I called 45 minutes before closing and was out on hold with what seems to be no hope at getting any answers... very disappointed"

"From the facility cleanliness and responsiveness of the staff (online, via phone, and in-person) to the consistent professionalism from the doctors, I will continue to trust Group for Women to handle my preventative care. Doctors Wentworth and Coloca are phenomenal and I’d highly recommend. Dr. Jeffrey Wentworth has mastered the art of being attentive and thorough without coming across as creepy and takes the time to address any concerns without condescension. Glad to see they’ve expanded."

"There is so much that I could say, but this facility is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Every single one of my appointments were changed, some without notice so you have to pay attention to your Portal. Staff is incompetent, it took them a month to write me accommodations for a manual labor job, and then they refused to write me an FMLA note even though I needed to be absent. I have a small tear in my esophagus from throwing up so much. You’re in the waiting room longer than you see the doctor. Also it’s dirty. I had to unclog the toilet on my first appointment. Nurses make sly comments about patients. And my last encounter they tried to message me that they were trying to get in contact with me, even though they were not. They left me a voicemail, I called back and the girl that called me stated it wasn’t her that called, even though it was and then she put me on hold and to voicemail. Again, unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust them to deliver my child"

"Recently became a new patient and had my first visit. The staff was nice but the office was dirty. There was urine and blood all over the bathroom, the trash was overflowing with no cover. When I was taken to the room for my exam, it had not been turned over from the last patient and still had pubic hair on the exam table, after it was turned over (all she did was rip the paper off table, no wipe down or anything) Sanitation needs to be a priority here. I am now attempting to follow up on my visit and I am unable to get anyone on the phone."
