"The staff is friendly when you call and always offer to help. The counselors/service providers are knowledgeable and friendly. However, they are not consistent with delivering services. Meetings are scheduled but are often missed due to the providers not showing up or canceling at the last. This is frustrating because your time is not valued and your child does not receive the services they need. I feel this is unfair because the company bills the insurance company for undelivered services. I feel bad giving an unfavorable review because the people are nice; the office is clean and the counselors provides strategies that could be effective if the intervention was consistent. This company could receive 5 stars if there were improvements in basic work ethics that included promptness to appointments (via in person or video conferencing); courtesy cancellation calls and opportunities to have services made up."
