"I generally like this clinic because it reminds me of the one I used to go to in my hometown. It feels small, doesn't feel like they have too many patients. I've never met Dr. Kirkland as I've only seen his PA's for annual appointments. They are very kind, personable, and thorough. I will say that I find it odd that they apparently don't carry covid vaccines? I called today asking if I needed an appointment to get one or if I could just walk in, and the person I spoke to told me they don't carry them. It's a doctor's office. Guess I will just go to CVS."

"After two years I got a referral from a friend knowing it was close to work. The doctor is kind and takes the time to explain things. He makes you way fell heard and validated. As a plus size person I felt that my concerns were heard and not dismissed as me being over weight. His staff is kind and understanding. As someone who works in tandem with the medical field I trust this doctor and his staff. They have you in mind and you're not a number. You're treated like a person here."

"I have been a patient since 2014? 2015? Due to COVID some things changed and they don't take my insurance. So I offered to pay cash... I have never heard of a doctor's office that doesn't see cash patients because they can't refer you out or write scripts. The office manager is rude and I am sad to leave as I love Dr. Kirkland, but I can't deal with foolishness like that anymore. I will never return or refer anyone else."

"The front desk staff here are great. They work really hard and I appreciate them so much. Donna is INCREDIBLE. I used to see Dr. Joyner here too. She was also excellent. She always listened to my concerns and tried to help, but unfortunately she left. Over the last year, my health concerns have been totally dismissed and the doctor literally insulted me to my face during my last appointment! I've never had a doctor treat me this unkindly in my whole entire life. I'm really not sure what happened here, but I hope other patients don't have the same experience I had. I always like to support small practice and I try to never leave negative reviews for any business if I haven't tried to sort things out with the business owner myself. I tried to ask for help here a second time and to apologize for my tone after the doctor insulted me to my face, but it sounds like this guy is just mean. Very disappointing."
