"First visit here and it was amazing! The receptionist (lady at the right desk if you’re facing them) on my Thursday visit was sweet. I saw Dr. Saraiya and is nurse and he were both great. I was a bit nervous for treatment but they were both very in tune and made it very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Dr. Snyder, is such a wonderful doctor with great bedside manners. He listens to any problems or concerns that you have. He tries to decide the best treatment along with you. His medical assistants and nurse in the back are awesome. When I had both procedures done that took great care of me. They knew I was nervous, so they did there best to reassure me, everything was going good. Yes I will admit the lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, but I can't give them 1 star because of one person. It's more than her that works there and it's not fair to the other staff."

"I can say nothing but kudos! Dr. Kalluri he's great. The receptionists are the problem. Such attitudes, very smart and not willing to assist the customers. When you call for assistance with a problem, they act as though you're the problem. When attending PT, the reception that makes you're appointment is rude. When calling billing to make sure that your bill is correct again rude. In order to keep individuals coming to these location you must find individuals willing to care about the level of customer service that is offer at these locations."
