"Every single part of getting my claim handled since my accident has been a disaster. A deer struck my car in February. Severe damage was done to my car. I was confident it was totaled. I asked the insurance company to total my car. After an initial settlement offer of less than three thousand dollars I was advised to take the care to a repair shop. I again said I wasn't sure it would be repairable, but I did. I was advised by the insurance company they would fix my car but it would take until July to do so(that is not the insurance company's fault). Based on this promise, I did not budget for having to purchase a new car. In late July, with no warning or communication since late Feb./early March, I received a text message letting me know my car had been totaled. The settlement offer was two thousand less than anything even close to my car and four thousand less than something I could actually find that was comparable. I even found out that the repair company had recommended totaling my car back in late Feb/early March but for reasons company has yet to explain, they opted to repair. After months without a car I now have find additional funding to purchase a new one.Trying to get someone who can explain any of this has been like pulling teeth due to very poor communication. I would love to switch companies, but now I have a claim on my history and doing so will likely not save me much money, so I trapped with this one for the foreseeable future. I intend to take my business elsewhere as soon as it makes sense to do so."

"I cannot praise this office enough! I was with another company and was paying almost $300 for basic liability with no roadside or anything. "All I will say is be careful. I was insured with another company, these folks called me (mind you I didn’t call them), offered me a deal and I made it very clear that there was an accident on my driving record. The sweet lady told me she could help me still. Canceled out my old policy, made deposit and payment with them and a month later, Allstate canceled me because of a clause they have in their policy regarding my accident. Now I sit here, struggling to find a new insurance company. Allstate itself is a wonderful company, but these folks at this office are all about sales obviously. Please be careful. UPDATE: your response was exactly what I expected. Of course it’s my fault! (Insert eye roll) My message to drivers searching for insurance, be careful."

"Super happy with Tina and the staff at this office. I shopped Allstate online and decided to complete my home and auto quote with a local office. There was another office physically closer to me, but they wouldn't return my calls or emails. Their loss and my gain! Tina here was courteous, helpful, and direct.
