"While the staff is very friendly, the back end of billing and scheduling is a nightmare. Especially when you’re signing things multiple times and your documents are being scanned multiple times. And, you can’t be seen unless all this is handled. All of which has been gong on since the implementation of their new system. And the wait is always long - upwards of an hour or more."

"I went to the Ashland office for my first visit on June 8, 2022 and again yesterday, on June 22, 2023. I can't say enough about Dr. Ganz and the entire staff. I have been to many Podiatrists in Richmond and have had a few disturbing experiences. I can't begin to say enough about the excellent care care that I have received with Dr. Ganz. I was apprehensive about trying another Podiatrist and a new office, but I knew I had to try. Dr Ganz, the Medical Assistants and the front office staff, have all be cordial, friendly and pleasant. When I made my appointment online, I received a text to confirm my appointment and the name of the doctor that I would be seeing. I immediately Googled Dr. Ganz and I was impressed with what I read. Seeing him, confirmed that I made the correct decision. When Dr. Ganz walked into the Treatment Room, he was smiling and all my apprehension ended. We joked, laughed and I Immediately felt at ease. He has a great bedside manner, he's quite knowledgeable and you never feel rushed. He takes time to listen to your concerns, answers questions and explains what needs to be done. In my case, I had two scenarios and there were pros and cons, but at the end, it was my final decision of what I wanted. The Ashland Office is small, clean and quaint. They care about their patients and there is never a long wait. I have been seen close to my appointment time and never have to wait long. If you need a caring doctor, with a caring staff, this is the place for you!"
