Truly, it’s amazing how a place can find a way to lower the bar on customer service, when my expectations are already so low. It’s not a limbo, don’t be afraid to go over the bar!"

"The manager who called to set up my cpap was rude and didn’t give me the correct information. Seemed bothered to call me to set an appointment. The place doesn’t look inviting. No one was upfront to help. The lady who helped with getting everything set up was the only nice one. Other than this.. if there is another location. Go there. Even when you call when they first open you’re on hold for a long time."

"the folks at Freedom Respiratory are nice enough, but the Aerocare/AdaptHealth company that owns or supports them is impossible to work with. I've spent the last year calling them to resolve my account.. they paid in full so I wouldn't have to deal with their disorganization and inability to work with anything my insurance company has sent them.. and they still keep trying to bill me and take money out of my bank to this day. I have to tell them where to go in "their" records to see their own documentation that I'm paid up, and they keep telling me they are resolving it with upper management. It's insane, and has been like this since my first call to them 1 year ago."
