"Unlike other reviewers, I have had good communication with my physician and his nurse, and always receive return calls if I leave a message. I have been thrilled with the treatment and personal attention I have received from Dr. Alan Schulman, and my family member who sees Dr. Robert White at a different location (same group) has had a very similarly pleasant experience."

"If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Never have had a good or positive experience here. Starting off with the Lack of Communication they have had with my appointment & my boyfriends appointments (Epilepsy patient) it has been terrible. Dr Gauda has been seeing him for over a year & never got answers or helped us in any way. She s aid word for word (I have it all on video) “I don’t know what’s going on” so as somebody that struggles with seizures everyday, that are life threatening, we had to take him elsewhere because no matter how many times I called (everyday for a week) asking what should we do, they continued to say the Dr would call back to somebody would by the end of the day. Every single day I had to call back & remind them, that he is still seizing very badly everyday, we need help, nobody would ever call, check on us, give us suggestions, get us an appointment. That happened on more than 1 count. Besides the fact they gave us absolutely no information about his EMU study, they called us “Liars” actually so saying that we had no information, or know that we were at the wrong hospital the day of it, didn’t know it was a week long stay, etc. when anybody could go through all of our phone bill logs & see that there no call what so ever or email history. Dr Gauda has been nothing but unprofessional & no help. I wouldn’t recommend her to anybody ever, as she has been nothing but a migraine from you know what to deal with. We are now receiving excellent care at another facility & already getting answers about his epilepsy. Moving on, I recently had an appt from my concussion from a TBone flip Vehicular Accident & it has been very bad, nobody told me until I got there my appointment was at a whole nother facility as we just drove 40 minutes on our only day off as I have a voicemail proving that somebody called & said my appointment was at this location. Nobody helped. I absolutely hate this place & would never recommend anybody to go here."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Julius and his nurse Danielle. I have always had a great experience. The registration has friendly receptionist. I do not wait. I am seen on time. I utilize the Patient Portal. I am my own advocate and the portal access gives me control of my to my treatment."

"During covid it was a long wait to see a new provider and they wouldn't let me schedule an appointment unti they got a referral/paperwork from my primary care doctor which took a bit to get my PCP to respond. I did wait about 5 months out for an appointment with Schulman but I would say it was worth the wait. The day of my appointment I got there early signed in and I was able to see the doctor quickly. He had already read through my notes and was able to quickly acknowledge my current treatment plan. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation as well as doing a full neurology assessment."

"The doctor ordered an at-home sleep study during the visit. We were told that someone would get back in touch schedule. It took 2 months and numerous calls and messages to get the order over to the Sleep Services within Henrico Doctors. Don't even think about trying to call into the office because every single time I have had to call the wait time exceeds 20+ minutes. This is the only office that I have encountered the lengthy wait to speak with someone. Then after you get someone you can tell they really don't want to take your call. What blows my mind is that there are plenty of warm bodies at the front desk."
