"I would not recommend this place. I was billed for things that I didn't request to be seen for. I was excessively charged for care that is typically covered under preventative care. I strongly believe that it is because I have good insurance. My experience with the physician was not great either. The physician said that all of my lab results were within normal range. Surprise they weren't! I've actually had to find care else where. Thankfully there are physicians out there that still prioritize patient care over money. A few good things though. One of the charges that I didn't ask to be seen about was written off because my insurance didn't cover it. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The billing person was respectful, helped explain the charges, and said that she'd pass along my feedback. I hope she actually does."

"I'm a new patient and have enjoyed every interaction. Wait times are minimal to none. I got blood work done and I was in the office for a total of 8 min. Shannon has been great to work with. She answers all my questions and keeps up with current medical advice."

"The medical staff is solid, but very "old-school". I prefer to actively participate in my medical care, and I can and do question the standard course of things. I cannot say anything was not well done, because it was, I just expect more open and participatory behavior from a medical provider."

"I NEVER send a review good or bad, but I had too today. I needed to get in for a sinus infection. The front desk worked me in this morning with Shannon. Shannon was Great. She not only addresses my current issues but took the time to talk about other issues as well. As far as the rudeness of the front desk, there is a difference in being rude and being busy. Thanks again."

"If I could give this place a negative, I would. I went in to establish for a new patient just to get a closer primary. The nurse practitioner shannon said my BP was REALLY high as in hypertension high. She kept telling me I needed to get rushed to the hospital. I denied. She then told me she was going to call them anyways and it would be their liability. I asked her if she saw any signs of me having shortness of breath, me not seeing straight or talking straight and she said no which are all signs of hypertension. She proceeded with wanting an EKG which I did but it takes a long time for anything to show on those if you truly do have hypertension. Pretty much a money grab for her wanting this. She was rude, telling me she was going to draw the line and someone needed to pick me up or I wasn’t leaving. If she would have approached the situation in a different manner, it would have went better for everyone. I have never felt so disrespected and treated like a child before in my life. I will not be going back and I want to raise awareness to others. I went back to my normal primary just to make sure all was good because I know BP is nothing to joke about, even only being 34. The only reason I wanted to switch primary doctors was because I moved and they were 45 minutes away now. My doctor was shocked and in awe someone would treat a patient like that."
