"Initial experience was Great but then turned sour when I needed my medical form filled out and he kept insisting that he didn't have time which was fine with me only thing was I never got a chance to tell him any one of the workers could fill the form out-he only needed to sign it-surely you have enough time for that. He finally put "back pain" on the form after I asked him to write something down that was done today. Back pain was what the person came in for not the treatment she was given. He threw the form to his worker and walked off real fast. It was All unnecessary and if it was my appointment I wouldn't go back but I support a special needs young lady and the appointment was for her. She looked up at this Michael Kelo and said he's mean!! This man needs a lesson in Respect and Courtesy-clearly had none. Better watch how you treat people if you don't want people treating you any kind of way!!!"
