"I wish I could give zero stars. She tried to catheterize me without asking if it was ok. My appointment was not for a bladder issue. Even if she thought I was having a bladder problem....Who does that? I heard her ask for a kit and jumped up and said no, you are not doing that to me. She said that she had to get an uncontaminated sample. I got angry. I said I would give a urine sample the old fashioned way and did. Today, her nurse called and told me that my urine sample was accidently thrown out. Oh. Wonder how that happened! Update...I called you, but it did not go to voicemail. Please call, or email me."
