"For over 6 months I've been going to this doctor's office for workers compensation. Every single appointment they ask what insurance and I tell them workers compensation. Every single time they bill my private insurance and I have to call and wait on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. Every time I'm assured this problem is fixed and I won't have to call again. This has happened over 10 times. Someone there has been ignoring this problem for far too long."

"Referred here by Patient First as on the current in-plan provider list for Anthem Healthkeepers, but DO NOT accept this insurance claiming they haven't accepted since Nov 2021. Teri at front desk wouldn't even run the insurance number to check, Tiffany claimed she would have someone call back (but noone called), and billing message system was an infinite loop with no human available. If you have this insurance, don't waste your time here - they are not in-plan and told the insurance rep. the same when they called asking why they were refusing service!"

"my first appointment. there is a sign that says sign in and have a seat. I sign in sit down. about 7 minutes early for my appointment. My appointment time comes and no one has called me up yet. i see a gentleman walk in and go straight to the desk and a woman checks him. i walk up and say ur sign says to sit down but u just checked him in. i vould have been doing my paperwork while i was sitting. of course the same gentleman gets called back before me!! its currently 15 mins passed my appointment. Ive learn to just leave a review when there is no order or fairness."

"Best experience I have had at a medical facility in years. We arrived 20 minutes early due to being a new patient. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming ( I feel like this never happens anywhere anymore). We didn't even have time to sit and fill out paperwork before they took us back. Medical assistant was super friendly. Highly recommended. Will be our go to facility if we need orthopedic care. Thank you!!"

"Love the docs. I'm here every other year with athletic kids. Since they were bought up by Bon Secours, beware. The office visit that used to cost me a couple hundred bucks came several thousand with no itemization. I had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone by phone not located in VA who was unable to help, other than to take my payment by phone. Upsetting because the pediatric doctors here are just the best. Just be prepared to pay for what amounts to an ER visit going forward. Love the staff and pediatric docs."
