"Weird that the review below is talking about a male provider, because this location is just Dr Wang a female doctor. I think the review below is wrong and confusing this clinic with another one maybe? I grew up in richmond and now unfortunately I don’t have a good acupuncturist in denver so I make sure to see Dr. Wang ever single time I’m back. Incredible skill and efficiency. I’m an athlete and do cupping to myself but I don’t have the nice glass cups she uses. She can do this simultaneously with acupuncture. In one hour, she can really tune up my body. Swear this is a 100% real review with no financial incentive. You can see on my profile I’m a real reviewer and don’t just hand out 5 stars. Photo of my session today. "I was recommended this acupuncturist Dr Pham. The office building where they are located in isn't easy to determine which door to go in. No where on the marque does it say acupuncture. He opened the door, had me sit at a conference table. When his previous client was done, we walked back to the office. When I walked in I said to myself this is an acupuncture office? There was the standard bed, but not a area that would alleviate stress. The acupuncturist's desk is in this room with papers thrown all over the place. He turned on spa music but that was interrupted by either his phone or tablet's incoming message dings. The appointment started out okay. I did notice he cut me off when I explained my medical issues. He actually told me I never needed surgery after I had multiple herniated disc. I am sure my neurologist WOULD NOT AGREE!! I should have just walked out at this point, but I stayed the course. Acupuncture in my past has really helped me. When he was ready to start my session he inserted the needles. Everything was fine. But then instead of letting me relax, like I am use too during my previous sessions , he kept talking to me. {My previous acupuncturist has moved out of state which is why I was seeking a new acupuncturist}. I was like this is interesting but not a real problem. He asked if I wanted my second issue addressed. I was said yes.....it was why I was there. This area was for stress and insomnia. Again he kept talking to me, showing me videos of who he has helped. Finally he leaves me alone . I wish he took his phone and or tablet because the dinging of incoming messages was not conclusive for me relaxing. In the past I have always fallen asleep during my sessions. He comes back asking me if I was tired, well NO you kept talking to me and showing me videos! I told him I felt okay but not sleepy. Time to pay. This is where my real frustration and anger began, negating all the stress relief the visit was suppose to produce. I was quoted on the phone when I made my appointment $90 to $120. He said that was ridiculous that is the cost years ago. I said no that is what I was told 2 days ago, he said no it wasn't. I took notes of our conversation because I needed to go to the bank and get cash. They don't take credit cards. He told me it was $200 because I needed a package of 10 sessions. I would save $100 dollars this way. I said so $100 per session. Yes but I would have to pay $200 tonight and $800 next visit. I said I would have to check with my husband. He actually stated "your husband makes your financial decisions?" That was extremely rude! I told him yes since he makes five times more than me and pays the bills...he actually shook his head, again very rude. He again told me $200 for visit due to me be obese and needing multiple visits. I told him I know I am over weight, I am working on this with my doctor. I need to talk to my husband and decide. We went back and forth. He just kept repeating I was obese....my doctor has never said I am obese!! I reluctantly gave him additional $80 cash during this transaction. When he asked about scheduling the next session I said well considering I was quoted $90-$120 and you just charged me $200 I need to talk it over. He said well I'll give you your $80 back. I took it back and left. I will never go back there. This was a terrible acupuncture experience. If anyone decides to use them, get everything in writing before your visit. Or just know they will change the price once the session is over."
