"I would actually give them a ZERO if it were possible! The absolute worst experience of my 56 years of life!! I will never go back and I will make sure people hear how irresponsible Christian Millett is and how curt, rude and unhelpful the office staff are. In addition, it was incredibly difficult to make an appointment. Nobody answered the phone (using prompt 1), so I had to do it online, which was a huge hassle and waste of my time! We arrived 15 minutes early to “do the paperwork,” which ended up taking nearly 45 minutes, then they told me that “because we “missed” our appointment time” (by filling out 3 sets of 5-page paperwork, one for each of the 3 of us). The worst part??? Dr Millett saw 4 patients in 20 minutes, including my mother (the 4th) who I made clear to him and his staff, has dementia and I needed to be in with her. And he did not remove the cyst from her neck that I specifically told him to remove - the only real reason we all went in to see him!!! Completely irresponsible if not unprofessional and against his Hippocratic oath!!! As to your reply, you should want to talk this over with me if you truly cared about this review and/or about my care! I don’t want to call there, I never want to even remember anything about your business! (Business, not a true doctor’s office - just a money making machine like most medical practices in 2024! Truly shameful!)"

"Very easy to make and get an appointment in the same week. Office was clean. Staff was very friendly. The only negative which was sort of a big deal(reason for three stars), was a person in the back office named Bambi was obnoxiously loud! Everyone heard this persons phone conversation about an office in Woodbridge that was left unlocked, to reading someone's prior job experience from a resume out loud and how this person had zero Medical Assistant experience. Unfortunately we also had to hear how she was having hot flashes. It was truly off putting. If you take that away I would have given five stars."

"Fantastic doctor! So happy at how easy it is to book an appointment and each time I’ve been the staff is so friendly. Dr. Millet is great, resolved all issues and let me know when to follow up. Would definitely recommend to others!"
