"I can't recommend, i wanted to like this place and had high hopes but very disappointed in this facility. Your always left in the blind about your results, & you call to find out & they say they will call you back & you never hear back from them. Worst experience that I've had personally with doctors. Going to be looking for a new doctor"

"I really want to like this facility, but so far I’ve been very disappointed. Don’t try to call here and expect to ever talk to a person. It won’t happen. I cannot understand how a place that has people working just to answer telephones and they never answer. It’s really not that hard to pick up a phone and say hello. I’ve been up to this facility and it’s really not that busy that a human cannot answer a phone. I’m suppose to be a patient of a particular person been there twice seen her once so far. I really need a doctor that when I call I can talk to human. Do they exist any more?"

"1000% Do NOT recommend. The doctor was nice but my appointment started two hours after the scheduled time and common procedures for birth control where overlooked (and I had no idea until I saw another doctor.) She definitely has ruined my future plans and if you don't want to be in a similar predicament as me, keep looking! If you want good, reliable care, I recommend going to Advanced OBGYN in Logan. They have a wonderful, friendly staff and the gynecologist is spectacular! You won't regret it! But to reiterate my driving point... DO NOT GO TO GYNO AT ARH WOMENS AND FAMILY HEALTH! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"I have gone there for years and am happy to do so. They usually work with me on wait times. I can't review on all the doctors or staff, but the ones I deal with are great."

"Just recently I couldn't make it to an appointment and needed a prescription refilled. It's now been 3 days without my medication. They give you the run around, they say they will talk to the Dr. or Fax something etc, etc, etc. Several calls have been made but they don't seem to care. Better to pass on this one if care about your health, I know I will be looking for a replacement."
