"Great service and rented us two units to put our belongings in. Penny, the on site manager, is amazing. Her knowledge and experience regarding the storage you need is pretty accurate. She asks you about the # bedrooms, pictures, packed boxes and outdoor furniture. Then shows you the units that can hold your stuff Great price, super friendly and quick too. Cube smart is climate and security controlled. Great experience !"

"I moved here from Maryland. Got the storage on a special . Upon trying to ask them to move my payment date so i won’t be late, they told me I had ti pay a month in advance. To move my date (which no storage ever has) not only that but I’m paying later every month . Where they 2 late fee charges. Not one but 2! Then tacked on $110 lien for a missing month, and 2 days later next month grace period. When most send a Leon after 3 month of unpaid. If you ask me they are all about money. I have called and asked numerous time to change my date. And nothing just fees after fees."
"Christine - mid renovation of the office- very promptly assisted us with a problem we created regarding rental space. She was cheerful- courteous and well exceeded our expectations as a customer- and I’m a pain on most days. In check in- Penny helped get us settled. GREAT experience!"
