"I would leave 0 stars if possible. I saw Nick Sluss for an initial new patient appointment and a 1 month follow up. I happened to read the my chart notes in which he blatantly lied about his recommendations and MY STATEMENTS during the follow up appointment. I contacted them to have the note adjusted to properly reflect what happened. The 2 false statements were adjusted, thankfully. I happened to look again at my chart a few weeks later and he has yet again added a false statement to my record. This is ridiculous and scary. Not to mention the amount of money I had to pay for the “follow up” which lasted all of 5 minutes. I am incredibly upset with the entire situation."
