"The receptionist was soo sweet and the highlight of our stay. There were roaches around the fridge area and brown standing water in the fridge. Beds were comfortable (asked for two sets of fresh sheets and changed bed linens before we used the beds) and shower had good water pressure. The self made waffles for breakfast was good and so was the coffee."

"I was extremely unsatisfied with my stay at this Comfort Inn. My family has saved here for many, many years as we have family that lives around the corner from this location. Sfter traveling for 11 hours with my infant daughter, I arrived to a room at 10PM that was disgusting. The bed sheets, towels, and sofa bed, were all filthy and damaged. The entire space looked not well maintained. The receptionist on call that night said she couldn't do anything, so we were stuck. I wanted a partial refund at minimum for the night that we stayed in that dump of a room but the next morning the manager's only offer was to switch our room. I will be making sure that none of my family says here again, as clearly the ownership has changed from over a decade ago."

The staff is very friendly and accommodating..the rooms are comfy, the kid love the pool and the fruit loops, the breakfast has a bit of everything, and coffee and tea available all day. The location is pretty nice for a commute to the hospital: it's not a difficult drive. Thank you for looking out for us!!"

"Had to book a room last minute because of family issues. The front desk lady was sooooo sweet and accommodating. The room was so big and and was clean and smelled like good cleaning supplies. The linens were spotless! Smelled fresh too! I felt completely at home and will definitely be back here. Thank you so much for having me!"

"I understand it's a war going on but don't treat us citizens like we started the war and steal from us. Max over price his rooms when people try to renew it after they got a great price online to scam them, he do not clean the air conditioners and filters and it blows black dust everywhere when you cut on the air. There is mold in the showers and the hotel needs a air purification system because it stinks. The front desk clerk is very hood and lacks patience and kindness and welcomes problems and uncomfortable situations. They will send over 20 messages and call you about leaving a good review for a ten percent discount and they do not show choice privilege members and respect or courtesy. The vending machine do not work and there is no ice machine. The pool is old and closed and the water flow is poor. The windows are not sealed and there is no parking except for 22 spaces that's crowded. There are iron stains on the carpet that needs to be upgraded and the bathroom need remodeling. The bed is comfortable and cozy but the TV is small with a couple stations. As a traveler we want a nice quiet place to sleep not a attitude on arrival, a mean face, people walking in your room, a mildew smell and a since that you are not welcome there, also you should not provoke people to risk their freedom by hiring people who obviously don't appreciate customers and have no customer service experience."
