Most of my other experiences with PT had to do with hot compresses and TENS machines which didn't seem to do the trick. I'm much happier learning exercises I can do anywhere and anytime I feel the need."

"I went I. With b.s. shoulder Me would hurt everyday at home and work . Went PT Plus In Stuarts Draft (Justin Dimitt is awesome. ) Amber is awesome as well . I highly recommend PT Plus In Stuarts Draft.......I can move so much better even join a boot camp and I stopped doing aloft work ing out because of shoulder which worked down arm ."
