Patient Care Plus is a trusted health institution located at 42 Lambert Street in Staunton, Virginia, United States. In addition to our medical services, we offer rapid testing for $50 with no office visit required. Insured patients can opt for a PCR test during a regular office visit, subject to availability. "Let me preface this with Amanda Fox and the nursing staff are wonderful. They will listen to your concerns and take what you say in to serious consideration. The same can Not be said about Dr. Landour (I'm not sure how to spell her name). She will talk over you, dismiss your concerns, and completely disregard when you're in pain. I have been going there for some back pain from an injury - note: I've also been going to physical therapy and doing the things they've recommended. I was supposed to see Amanda Fox but they were slammed, so I saw Dr. Landour. During the visit she was dismissive and at one point she wanted me to try a stretch on the table. I told her I couldn't do this stretch without a lot of pain. She didn't listen, stating, "it cant hurt you I teach yoga," and pushed on my knees causing a lot of pain. She said, "If you don't relax your muscles, it won't work," as if I could relax when she's causing me pain. She didn't ask any followup questions and said, "you seem about 85% better," even with the physical therapy notes stating otherwise. How could I seem anything to her, I hadn't seen her. I have been in more consistent pain since this visit than I have for the past couple weeks. I will change this review if something changes, but until then, she makes me greatly uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's and age thing (she kept stating how young I am) or if it's because I'm fat, or what. I hope she treats other people better and with the respect they deserve."
"I have never ever been so comfortable in a doctor's office and felt more like a person instead of a number for money and nothing else. The staff is wonderful and doctor Fox is the most amazing and beautiful soul who actually cares about the wellness of her patients and she listens and tries to find out what is causing the health problems."
