"Writing today after a wonderful experience. They were reassuring, took time to answer questions and discuss holistic alternatives, and quickly assessed our cat’s health needs. I could tell the vet was a cat lover and so felt in good company. Literally a life saver! Hard to express what my cat means to me, so I’m happy she’s in good hands."

"Yesterday around 5:30pm, my dog had two unexpected cluster seizures.This was her first ever medical issue that took me by surprise. (at the time I didn’t know they were seizures.) I called this place because it was the only vet open until Verona Emergency Vet opened. I called begging for help, explaining what was going on with her, and I needed to know the steps to take. The lady at the front desk was NO help. She was telling me that her docs were busy that i’m not aloud to speak to them, and that I needed to wait until Verona opened (at the time it was 30 minutes until opening.) In my eyes, my dog was dying, and it was the most traumatic experience ever, and she denied their help. After I said things completely out of character but in desperate need to save my dog, she put me on hold and went and got a doctor after arguing with her for two minutes. The doctor (not sure of her name) was so very helpful and I appreciate her talking me through what to do."

"Dr. Mims and his staff are so amazing! My cat Stimpy was very sick a few days ago. I called really late, the night before, and they were able to squeeze him in the next morning (as a new patient). They thoroughly walked me through his treatment options and answered any questions I had. The prices are also great. I paid around $230 for wormer, the visit, nausea medicine, and antibiotics/fluid to take home. My little guy is doing so much better now. I will definitely be bringing my pets back here. Thank you all so much."

"I took my dog here for the first time as a new patient. Due to my dogs sickness, they were able to give me a sooner appointment. They treated her very well and the staff was super kind. Every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Also, my bill was a lot less than I expected. I worried that I wouldn't have enough and that the bill would be over $300, but the bill ended up being around 170. Overall, great experience, close to home. I will return for any pet needs."

"I really appreciate all the care & love my Bentley boy received here. The knowledge Dr Weston Mims gives pet parents is amazing. He really helped our Bentley in the last few months of his life.
