"I have been going to this practice for years. Doctor Gardner is great but his billling dept will rob you blind if you don't pay attention. I had a vertigo attack and called to make an appointment. The lady told me I could not get an appointment until I pay my balance.When I called billing and asked what balance and why they could not provide an explanation and saying that I missed a payment somewhere. Everyone knows you have to pay first before the doctor will see you and they also had my personal info wrong in their computer system. I will be looking for another ENT."
