"The actual therapist team is great. The administrative team...not so much. Hit with a surprise bill after being led to believe visits were covered. Only took them 25 visits to tell me this. Bill had items listed that were not even received. I don't care about them scamming the insurance companies but don't bill me the same way. No remorse on their part for their deceptive business practices. Again, the therapists are great and if you are confident you have unlimited covered visits, give them a shot. I will be going elsewhere though."
