"I almost laughed reading the reviews saying they made an appointment but had to wait for walk-in patients. I tried to walk-in and was turned away from being helped at all because I didn't make an appointment! Guess their goal is truly to just help no one."

Been waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time at this point. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to CVS off Linton Hall Rd. Where they have their stuff together."

"Went to this location today the lady was very rude, acted as if everything was a inconvenience for her to do anything. She was incompetent to do her job. The customer service was horrible. I will never go to this location ever again. Anyone who needs any care, from minute clinic this is not the location for you."
"My husband was very sick, the nurse didn’t show any experience at all. She sent him back home without any medication and she was in the phone while we were waiting in the room. She charge a good money just to sent him back home and we can home with no idea of his situation. I would not recommend to anyone!"
