"I have 2 complete tears and other damage to my right rotator cuff. I could have gone ahead and scheduled surgery but I had the option to try physical therapy first. I went to Benchmark PT in Front Royal, was evaluated and told it was possible to get other muscles in that shoulder to take over for the torn ones. "I have been seeing the PT experts at Benchmark for various issues. They are amazing and are extremely professional in their approach to getting one back on their feet and to feeling better. Most recently I had shoulder surgery done by Dr. Mitchell and with the PT/dry needling sessions I am improving weekly and should be back to good as new in the near term.
