"I wish I had seen the reviews before making my appointment months ago. The confirmation email stated to try to arrive a few minutes before the appointment that was set at 2pm. They called the day before to, I assume, confirm the appointment, I missed the call but did call back to get no answer. I get there the day of the appointment to not only wait at the window and basically be ignored but to be told that because I'm a new patient I should have come 30 minutes early. That should have been stated in the confirmation email and the appointment should have been set for 1:30. I took time off of work to be turned away and told the next availability wouldn't be until January. I doubt I will return. Also, one of the receptionists was rude. Very unprofessional, I would also point out that the receptionists should dress a little more professional especially to be representing Bon Secours."

"The staff don't care about you or your health. I went in for a routine blood work for my checkup. I'm on blood pressure and cholesterol meds. They filled my meds for one month instead of 6 months and when I called because the drug store couldn't fill my order they told me it was because I had to make a 3 month appointment. OK, don't know why but I did that. They still didn't refill it, I have called 4 times. No results. I asked them to have my doctor call me, they said we don't do that."
