"Very professional hospital staff, manager and doctor. Were patient, informative and super helpful throughout the whole process. Our problem was with the receptionist lady in the front with glasses. We had our baby kitten euthanized and as we were leaving she was extremely unhelpful and extremely unempathetic. We had our pet euthanized and she wanted us to leave quickly as I was asking her for a name request for our pet cremation certificate. She lacked consideration, was unhelpful and a very nasty person. Please address her. Other than that I appreciate the whole Banfield team. Thank you so much for everything you do. ❤️❤️❤️ Update: Thank you for addressing our concern, Our family will never forget. "ANIMAL NEGLECT - LEFT TO SIT IN PEE AND FECES ALL DAY!!!!! I dropped my sweet 6 month kitten off at Bandfield on October 3 at 8 am. We had an appointment for 430 pm October 4th but they insisted we reschedule because a nurse called out and we would need to drop her off in the morning to run tests (drop off is an extra $80). I called three times to see if she was ready for pickup but they kept saying they’d would have the doctor call me. 30 minutes before closing I call again and they tell me to come again and the vet will talk to me in person. After a $626 bill… for a few tests, they send us home. I begin to smell something when I start walking out- I assumed it was just the vet space, but I realized it was the stench of cat pee. I removed my sweet kitten from her carrier to see her soaked in pee and crusted in feces. She had obviously been left to soak in this ALL DAY LONG. They gave her back to us with feces in her carrier and didn’t clean or mention it at all. When I called to inquire about what happened, the doctor informed me I had a “spicy kitten” and she did pee and poop on herself maybe because she was “scared” when they tried to take her from the carrier and they wiped her down (so untrue). This has absolutely never happened before, she’s so friendly at the vet… and this was conveniently left out when I spoke to the doctor as I picked her up. We are beyond angered and will never again go here. The offered a free medical bath after I called and complained … for her to get the scent out but I declined - I have ZERO trust for this office."
