"All I can say is they are AMAZING! If you’re like me and trying to find your fur babies first groomer this is the place. My puppy was 4.5 months old and was his first time to get groomed. I was alittle nervous but they took such great care of him and made sure he had a good first experience. The facility and customer service is super clean and professional. I also think the prices are very fair and can be viewed on the website. He came out looking so clean and perfect. They took excellent care of him. His cut was very good and his nails trimmed perfectly. I will 100% be coming back again and forever."

"First time going to Bessie's because I just moved and needed a groomer that was close by and the experience was great. Woman working the front desk was very kind and understanding of my dogs who were very anxious and all over the place. I gave them a very general idea of what I wanted (short hair was pretty much all I said) and they were able to knock it outta the park. Their system is pretty straight forward as well. You drop off your dogs on the day of their appointment (8-9 am) and they service all the dogs on that day on a first come first serve basis. Will definitely be coming back again! Thanks Bessie and team!"
