"After reading all the reviews here I figured this would be a disaster, but it was super smooth. Maybe because I went in the morning there wasn't a big line, but I was done in less than ten minutes from walking in the door, and the staff was friendly."
"They’re rude as ever here. don’t go here. I was using the bathroom and they were like “is she the last patient” and was like “yeah she going to be the last patient I’m not taking anymore patients after this.”"
"If you have an autistic child don’t go here!!! My son’s doctor recommended we go here for lab work and before we even got to the back the worker was rude she grabbed my son by his arm so he couldn’t walk inside the door, didn’t even look at the lab work properly and refused to do my sons blood work and quoted “ look at him do you think he would stay still”. I called to complain and no one has returned my call yet!! Horrible horrible horrible. I would not recommend at all. We end up going to CHKD pediatric urgent care where he actually stood still and didn’t have no problems taking his blood under 8 minutes."
"Their site recommends appts so I made mine for 11:15am, the only slot available. Upon arrival I was told the cutoff for my services was at 11am and that I'd have to return at 1pm. The site gave no indication of this. To add insult to injury, before I could ask the rep if I need to reschedule, they assumed that I was looking for an exception. Labcorp has no regard or respect for the time of their clients. Once I returned the same 2 people were there from before. They then proceeded to see two other clients before myself. The disregard for any decency towards their patrons is disgusting."
"I had read the reviews before going in - I needed to have blood drawn, which I hate. I was bracing myself for a terrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not terrible. I almost passed out because they had to take a lot of blood, but both techs were quick to help me recover by getting me water and fanning my face, watching for my color to return. I checked in, went back quickly and the blood draw was fine (besides the amount taken - but that wasn't their fault!)."
