"Just went there spent what I thought was $100 for the gift card apparently I was off by a few bucks but over $100 after taxes. Didn't get the gift card but if I had known I was off by only a few bucks I would have bought a few extra items like a 64 controller or parasite eve. I'd suggest they upsell next time get spend X more get this promotion. Really disappointed."
"My son's PS5 wasn't working. The picture wouldn't project on the screen. I brought the PS5 to HotSpot Electronics. Everyone was polite, helpful,and explained to me what they were going to do and provided an estimate of what it would cost to repair it. They also told me that if the issue was more serious that they would contact me and provide an updated estimate. I dropped the PS5 off on Nov 22nd and they fixed it and contacted me on Nov. 25th to pick it up. I was also told what sales were going on and how I can receive a discount on different items. I was very impressed and I highly recommend HotSpot Electronics. They also cleaned my son's PS5. Thank you so much!!!!!!"
"Been shopping with this business since they were beside Verizon in colonial heights. Every time I visit its like a museum of games from atari,sega,nes,snes,dream cast,ps1,2,3,3,4 to updated consoles like ps5 and Xbox 1. Rare games!!! I caught them on a special day and got A rare game for 20 less than online price. Just watch out for tweety bird in the O above the entrance. Not violent but its a bird with a nest lol."
