"Horrible experience! My grandmother needed her car inspected and her break pads changed, we decided to give shumate automotive a try. Durring the inspection I overhead the gentleman named Calvin call to a worker and state the car belonged to the hot peice of a$$ and the old bat. Another comment was made shortly after by another gentleman that made us cring in utter discuss Not only were charged for brake pads -They had forgotten (never replaced) we were insulted 10/10 Do not recommend."

"Inspection by appointment only, but I was out looking for an inspection and saw they had an empty bay so I stopped and they squeezed me in. Very reasonably priced for an oil change, inspection, and two bulb replacements. Very friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area (not that I even waited for very long). Fast, friendly and fair: exactly what I expect when I take my car in for service. I'm making an appointment next time because I won't go anywhere else."
