After testing multiple pillows he informed us of the pillow he personally uses (Prrple Harmony). Tried it out and we found it to be very comfortable. He wasn't pushy and made a suggestion that was not as expensive as many other options. We have been sleeping on our new pillows for a few days now and are waking up refreshed and without neck pain."
