"Really upset with Zack! I contacted him on Saturday to make an appointment for 3p.m that day. He said he would send a confirmation text. Never received it. After a few calls and a message he finally called back will an excuse he was out of town and that his brother was supposed to send me a confirmation text. He went on to say he messed up and gave his brother the wrong number. We arranged to meet the next day(Sunday) he sent the confirmation text I confirmed. I waited for a half hour calling and texting Zack who never responded. Sad to say I will not be buying any mattresses now or in the future from Zack. Because he is a liar. I would never refer anybody to him"

"Right from the start of me contacting Zach about a mattress he was so informative and friendly. He was upfront about all costs and payment options and gave me plenty of mattresses to choose from. Once I settled on one I liked he offered to deliver it same day and literally had my new mattress 30 minutes after purchase and then he carried it all the way up to my apartment! Thank you so much for the new mattress. It is so comfy and exactly what I wanted. Will be recommending you to anyone I know looking for a new mattress."
