"The service they were called out for got done. The person that came to do it was pretty short with me. Cut me off while I was explaining the situation. He was in a big hurry to get done with me and marked me as completed before it was clear my car wasn’t going to just die again. Unfortunately, my insurance apparently has a contract with this company, so I hope I don’t need Roadside services again until I can get insurance somewhere else."
