"Favorite place to go they always know my order before I even get in the door"
"Sells FAKE vapes. The one on top is the one I purchased from them and the one on the bottom is the one I purchased from my regular smoke shop in Hampton. The light on the bottom is blue when you’re pulling smoke instead of white. The charging light is red instead of white. The letters are completely different font and it tastes horrible w/ a hard dry pull. You’re just smoking smoke. No flavor or anything. Save your money and go elsewhere!!"
"The young man behind the counter is about as rude as you can get. I explained I was new to the area, made a couple Positive comments about selections , no response from him. I had intentions of spending about 200.00 in there. When I asked him if the carried a product , he responded, What we have is in the counter, and if it isn’t there, I can’t order it. I left without buying anything , I called in and asked for a email or phone number for the owner and he said no and hung up. Too many smoke shops out there to deal with people that aren’t appreciative of the business. My Uncle is a big time SMOK user. This young man’s attitude cost this business owner probably 350 monthly. I hope the owner at least gets a email notification . I did 2 ** cuz no one takes * seriously."
"Terrible customer service. Purchased a product and was not told at time of sale that things were not able to be exchanged or returned. Came back within the hour to ask for a refund as it wasn't the product I needed and he refused to give me a refund despite the package not being opened, having my receipt and not being told at time of sale that I couldn't return or exchange. Never coming here again. Stick to the shop on High Street."
"Hardly ever has my brand in stock one time I called them up they said they have my brand in stock I told him to put some aside for me that I'd be there later on that day when I showed up they were sold out will never come back here again they do not value their customers and have terrible customer service plus they do not accept any form of coupons be it digital or manufacturer"
