"This company was hired to inspect a “Working HVAC System”, for an insurance claim from lightning. Their 20 year old technician disassembled the unit to test components, when he reassembled it, it would not work. I had to hire another HVAC tech to repair it, which consisted of crossed wires & two wires cut into by a fan. Total Cost 371.00 I tried to resolve with owner, he wouldn’t assume any responsibility. !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!"

They went above and beyond to ensure the inspection included all the details that the underwriter was asking for at a very affordable cost! "My wife and I had one of our A/C Heat pump units go out. We contacted Air-Serve to come take a look. They arrived on-time to the appointment that was set. The technician was very polite and professional. Within a couple of minutes he was able to analyze and determine the cause of the breakage. We have a home warranty and Air-Serve interacted with them on our behalf to give the diagnosis and explain what was needed to repair our unit which was no longer covered by the manufacturer. Long story short, our Home Warranty Service declined much to our dismay to cover the repair/replacement of the faulty unit. My wife and I decided to get a new unit rather than run into same issue again and Air-Serve was able to accommodate us with finding a comparable and affordable unit that came in much lower cost-wise than expected. They have since installed the unit without issue. We are very happy with the whole experience we recieved from Air-Serve. I cannot say enough about good things about this company from answering the call to service, these folks have been top-notch! We strongly recommend them and know that if you select them, you will be happy too."
