"This business is useless. I was lied to 5 times by the receptionist.. FIVE times that someone was coming shortly to measure my windows and give an estimate with a good price..And she's not even a good liar..She either said they can come at 8:30am, then another time tells you that they're not there that early, or says a guy will stop on his way home lol Pitiful..I already had another estimate and I guess $1,000 isn't a big deal. Charlie, the owner.. If you read these, you could boost your profits substantially if you'd get rid of the woman at the desk.. I don't know if there's some reason you keep her there to lose money but she's eliminating customers..Evidently you're not doing it to make money. I called another business and they said they don't know how many people have said the same thing. I don't know if you keep her there for unforseen reasons, but I know one thing.. you're throwing money to the other/others that offer the same service. I know they appreciate it.."

"The lady at the front seat I forgot to catch her name was extremely rude. My boyfriend and I went in to put in an application for one of the trailers available. While there she asked us if we had looked at lot 70. We told her yes and that we didn’t really like that one, it’s a nice trailer just needs some work. She then said no it was redone and it doesn’t look like it was redone. The only thing about it is the floors look like they’ve been redone. The bathroom sink has no faucet, there’s a cigarette put out on a plate on the counter with a dead roach behind it. But that’s not the point. We went back to the trailer to take some pictures because she didn’t believe us. When I showed her she still said we were in the wrong trailer. There’s no way. It had lot 70 and the key unlocked the doors. She was extremely rude when talking to us and tried to make small talk about my boyfriends job as she seen it on the application, she criticized and was making rude facial expressions and then proceeded to joke about how small my handwriting was on the application. Overall she was rude and completely ruined my day. I’ll put photos of the trailer it was."

"Called and made an appointment with them because it was supposed to be a bit cheaper than it would have been through safelite. She claimed not to have anything sooner that we would have to come the following week at 8am. We showed up on the appointment date and the receptionist (the only receptionist working there) greeted us complaining about her having jury duty that morning, she then claimed she didnt know who we had talked to that she couldn't find any info, they hadnt even ordered our windshield! I complained and mentioned a discount. Made another appointment for 2 days later, 7:45am claimed it was their only available time! We waited 30min before the receptionist arrived and another 1.5 hours before the shop guys showed up, then it took them 2hrs to replace the windshield! It was awful."

"This place is terrible...I dropped off 10 screens to be re-screened. The lady said she would call me on the cost.Waited 2 days and had to call..still no price. She said she would have the price tomorrow. The next day I called again and she gave me the price. I agreed to have them re-screened. The lady said about 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks she called and said the screens were ready. When I got there to pick up the screens she said there were 3 screens that still needed to be done. I could go farther but at this point it's not worth it. I would not recommend this place at all !!!"

"Terrible customer service and terrible at following up with appointments. I made an appointment at beginning of Spring and they did not show. I called them again for new appointment and to give them another chance, terrible customer service and they were no call no show again. I called and spoke to the rude lady that answers the phone to see why they did not show and her lame excuse was “they had not came back to office yet”!!! The appointment was made ahead of time and confirmed twice. I had to schedule around my work to have them come and do the estimate. This companies performance , customer service and punctuality, is lacking on all levels. If I could this company would get a 0."
