"I purchased a loveseat and sofa set as a special order. The loveseat arrived in excellent condition. The sofa should have never been delivered as it has numerous problems. At delivery, there is a seam separating, lumps throughout the top of the sofa, stuffing sticking out of the leather, a leather nick on a seam, cushions not lining up, three small holes in the back of the sofa, and a number brand on the top seat of the cushion. It is disappointing in the difference in quality. Since the store I made the purchase through has been no help in reaching England, I am hoping England will make this right and replace the sofa."

"I ordered my furniture through a company that I didn’t even know existed. I had moved and wanted all new furniture for my house. I had gone to every furniture company near and far away from where I live. After going to them all, I still wasn’t satisfied with the options that were provided. I started to slow down and take my time and look in further places. I landed in Oakboro Furniture and saw furniture and a beautiful matching area rug that went with all the colors that I wanted!! It was a small process because some furniture had to be ordered but that was fine. It actually gave me more time to get paint and completely redo our living room. We went from old, slouchy furniture to the most beautiful and comfortable furniture you’d ever have!! I appreciate you having the options to customize furniture! This was the way to go for me and it’s a huge win for my family and I!! I can’t stop talking about our new living room! Thank you for everything!!"

"We received our England sofa, chair and two ottomans last week, a few days earlier than expected which was a nice surprise, and are extremely pleased with the appearance and quality. I am less delighted with the decorative pillows, two of which came with the sofa and one we paid extra for. The cording on the outside edge buckles in places making them look less than perfect. I purchased others elsewhere for a tidier look. In the photos I will attach, I had positioned the England pillows to look as good as possible. Unless something changes drastically over time, I would highly recommend England furniture."
