"We had a lovely experience here for our 10 year old birthday party, all of the children had a wonderful time playing and they were very accommodating and attentive even on a very busy Saturday. Definitely a genuine local gem for families in the valley and visiting."

"I paid $22.50 per child for 6 children and 2 adults and there was never anyone to work laser tag and line of 4 kids took 40 minutes wait to go inside even though nobody was playing. Staff standing behind front counter 4-5 thick and yet kids waiting in line for snacks,which were ice cold and way overpriced. Definitely will stick to firehouse skating in Vinton. Way way better prices,rink,music and very helpful staff. I even took the time to call the manager and he said he had spoken to laser tag employee before about the same issue and did apologize but no mention of maybe a"

"We were so happy with our experience today having a Birthday Party at the Skate Center. All the young people working there were attentive, kind and professional. Such a rarity to find these days! The facility was clean. Everything was well maintained. The kids and adults all had a blast and multiple people said it was one of the best birthday parties they had ever been to! Definitely recommend!!"

"A great, family friendly environment, that everyone can enjoy! Friendly staff, wonderful lighting, and fun for those who don’t skate. I really enjoyed playing laser tag and taking part in the sock races! The owner is super friendly and I felt welcome for the entire duration of my stay! Can’t praise them enough! "so this place is marketed as a “family friendly” place to hang out at…TWAS NOT. honestly i feel scammed, marginalized, and was at one point segregated because of my gender….not happy out this experience but to paint the picture i’ll start from the beginning. 4:36…P.M. we show up at skate center because thunder valley was closed. MISTAKE #1 we try to enter but guess what..DENIED..”why?” you might ask..because we didn’t have an adult with us!! we weren’t informed of this prior and were forced to wait outside till one arrived. MISTAKE #2 when my friends mom showed up we were let in. so you’re probably thinking alls well that ends well.WRONG. MISTAKE #3 my friends mom leaves after getting us in because she had to medicate her dog. after leaving the workers chase her outside and harass her saying she can’t leave..ILLEGAL!! MISTAKE #4 we are forced to sit in time out..for 25-30 minutes..and upon further research after this incident we were informed that the legal system has deemed this action illegal the MAXIMUM time allowed is 2-5 minutes..once she had returned we continued making good use out of our overpriced tickets aimed to prey on young teens..we got into the play area and were verbally assaulted and told to leave..after that we entered the laser tag part of this incompetent and vile establishment and guess what..after spending many of my hard earned blue collared dollars on ONE game my gun had not worked..i go request a second and when i get another guess what…IT DOESNT WORK..after this was reported to the worker i was refused another replacement and was forced to sit there. while to game continued..i was distraught picturing the money that was going towards these people’s wages…terrible. after this MISTAKE #5 we decide to enter the play area again as we are about to leave guess what happens next..if you guessed we were illegally put in time out again you would be correct. we forced to sit there for ANOTHER 30 minutes..might i remind you how that is ILLEGAL. while this illegal act was happening we were also degraded by the workers and segregated by gender. we tried to bring the injustice to light the workers ignored us. being the trail blazers we are, we tried to desegregate and were yelled at again and our property was taken and never returned. overall i would never return to this place and don’t recommend you do either unless you want to face the terrible feats we had to."
