"My father in law went in to buy a wax pen, wasn’t sure about all the options so a women behind the counter helped and pointed out what she thought was a great option. The pen was $90 before tax. When he came home, not only was it not a wax pen, it was a dabbing tool. The worst part is the product didn’t even work or charge!!! I went back with him to return the product, we were aware of the no return policy. Although we thought since it was the wrong product and it was broken they would simply replace it. The dude was so cold and simply said no returns sorry. He bought a $90 pen that was broken, simply what a scam!!!!"
