Sometimes it’s the small things that make others stand out above the crowd and I especially liked: 1) They place a company sign in your yard. This lets inspectors, sub-contractors and delivery people know exactly which house they need to be at. 2) 3D renditions of the remodeled designed space with continuous updated drawings during the design phase. 3) Daily projected work scheduling information from the project manager. Some days were non-working days and it gave me the opportunity to run some errands or plan appointments. 4) Accounting transparency of large budgeted items, which also included some credits back to me.
