"They raised the rent before a year even went by. They raise it a lot so be prepared for that. For what? They don't even plow the parking lot, or shovel the sidewalk when it snows. Terrible. The entrance you have to drive up a slight incline...not plowed either. Be better cubesmart. Also, there's fees for paying rent unless you physically go into the office. But when you go, the lady is busy or gone a LOT. I have to go and come back. It's a pain."
