"Andrew Morgan is a very knowledgeable trainer, he will challenge you with every exercise. His Fit 360 class is full of fun, and good energy. The small group setting allows you to progress at your own pace while receiving one on one training at times. Andrew is able to adapt exercises to accommodate injuries and assist in the rehabilitation process. I would highly recommend training with Andrew one on one or in a group setting."
"Andrew Moran is an incredible trainer. I hurt my back a few months before I started with him and he has helped rehab me back and helped me modify as needed. The options he comes up with are endless. He’s incredibly kind, fun and gives you and excellent workout every single time. He puts up with my shenanigans on a daily basis and continues to make class fun every day. I workout with him 6 days a week and I learn something every single day. I highly recommend Andrew for your health and fitness needs."
"Love Love Love the establishment, but is there a way to stop people from bringing dumbbells and weights into the Sauna and having their own workout program. The Sauna is usually a place to relax and rewind. Thank you."
"In the area/ neck of the woods for work, I signed up for a guest day pass. Went really out of my way to come in only to have the guy at the desk curtly tell me, "It's for locals only." Thay you have to be a local. Probably the only gym in the country that would not let an out of towner honor a day pass. He was a real tool. Only to go down the road and speak to a member who said I could have bought a day pass. That they should have honored it or sold a day pass. Have now received two emails saying OneLife would like to extend my "trial membership." No thanks!"
"I really enjoy this gym. It's large, clean and gorgeous. The equipment is in good condition and there are a variety of machines and free weights so no / limited waiting waiting. Highly recommend!"
