"Laurie was the best part of a whole house remodel. I purchased an 80's house with a tiny builders oak kitchen...and that was maybe the nicest part. To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. I looked for a local company to help me navigate the multiple ideas I had and found Mastercraft. From day one she was an absolute joy. If you're going through a remodel you know your stress level and uncertainty is through the roof, if you still have one, I didn't have a roof at times! From the first meeting she listened and lessened my anxiety. I had two entirely different finishes/styles I was interested in but she showed me both and was very honest about the benefits or drawbacks of both for my design. Cost too! She was so patient showing me door styles/drawer depths/pantry doors, refrigerator depths. I am sure I wasn't easy. If I called, she was there. She provided me with samples and consulted every single detail along the way no matter what weird thing I came up with....and I did have odd ideas! She made them all happen or told me better options. When she sent the renderings I was so excited. She listened and brought my ideas to life. I could see what I'd imagined, finally. She has been the best part of my stressful house project. I can't wait to sit in the kitchen that was in my head that she helped me make real. It was one easy thing in a whole house remodel. Laurie made the kitchen, of ALL things, seem like the easiest. Go see her. You won't regret it."
