"Nothing but a pleasurable experience all the way around. Sales people were great, delivery guys were great and even did some extra moving for us. Recently the switch on my recliner failed and from the time I called to the time that it was fixed was 5 days and they had to order the parts. Still under warranty, so no cost to me. I have nothing to complain about. Damn."
