"Bo absolutely loves when he comes to Pet Suites. The staff is always super nice and I can can tell he is loved and well taken care of. I would not take Bo anywhere else. One time he was sick and we were out of town and they took him to the vet. So glad we have been using Pet suites now since Bo was born. He is 2.5yrs old now. Would highly recommend Pet Suites."

"**Negative 10 stars ** The worst experience I have had with any form of pet boarding in over 10 years. My dog came back heavily soiled in urine all over her legs and chest (she's a predominantly white dog, so not only could I smell it but she was visibly CAKED in pee). We took her back in to immediately rectify the issue and the staff told us she was sleeping in her bed when they went back to retrieve her. They said she must have 'just peed' in her bed when they came back to get her -- and SLEPT in it?!?!  The amount of pee that was caked on my dog was disgusting and flat out abuse. It had to be from dayssss of not being taken out adequately and in a timely manner. They offered to give her a 'quick wash', after which she still reeked of heavy urine and claimed that she was even peeing while they gave her that quick spray-off. I know my dog very well and her bladder isn't SO weak that she would urinate in her bed and SLEEP in it, then urinate while being washed (which was a lie). When we left the facility, she immediately went outside and pee'd as though she hadn't been taken out that day at all. So their excuse is NUTS and NOT OKAY. Whatever happened to my dog during her stay (of only 3 days) is a disgusting form of neglect, abuse, and flat out inhumane. All in all, DO NOT take your dog here for any form of service."

"Is a wonderful place inside. I have had the opportunity of working in there when they were still under construction , and I know how nice and caring the place looks like. They seemed to have enjoyed the place very much and were quite worn out when they got home"

"Such a blessing for us. Our 80 pound labradoodles absolutely LOVE going to Petsuites to play. They have so much energy to burn, so being able to take them to doggy daycare to burn some of that energy and have some fun is amazing. PetSuites has awesome enrichment packages, they do exit baths & grooming, they even offer training assistance. Anything you could need. We feel so at peace leaving our boys with Petsuites, as we know they’ll be taken care of as if they were family. The boarding suites are awesome, you can get one with a TV in it which one of our dogs absolutely loves. Take your pets, you won’t regret it."
